Fill this out and I'll text you back. Quotes are always free.
Where's my VIN? It's the 17-character code on the driver's side of the dashboard (look through the windshield), on the driver's door frame, or on your registration and insurance card.
Questions people ask
Do you really come to me?
Yes. I bring the tools and parts to your apartment, a parking lot, or your home, so you don't need to get your car to a shop.
What areas do you cover?
Springville, Provo, Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, and Pleasant Grove. If you're nearby but outside those cities, send a request with your location and I'll let you know.
Can I drop my car off instead?
Yes. You can drop your car off with me near BYU campus, and there's no travel fee for drop-offs. Choose drop-off on the request form and I'll send you the exact spot.
Is there a travel fee?
Not in Provo. It's $15 for Orem, Vineyard, and Springville, and $20 for Lindon and Pleasant Grove. I'll include it in your quote. Drop-offs near BYU campus never have a travel fee.
How do I get a price?
Fill out the request form with your VIN and what's going on. I'll get back to you with a quote before any work starts.
Do you only work on students' cars?
No. I started with students, but I work on cars for families and anyone else in the area too.
What kinds of cars do you work on?
Most everyday cars, trucks, and SUVs. Some jobs depend on the year, make, and model, so include your VIN in your request.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. I offer a 6-month warranty on repairs and the parts I supply. Routine maintenance like oil changes, filters, and fluid services isn't covered, since those are regular services your car needs a few times a year.
Can I buy my own parts?
Yes, I can install parts you bring. There's no warranty on customer-supplied parts. That means no warranty on the parts themselves or on the labor to install them.
Is there a fee for diagnostics or checkups?
Diagnostics and checkups start at $45. If you go ahead with a repair, half of that goes toward it.
How soon can you get to my car?
It depends on the week. Some weeks I'm fully booked and others I'm wide open, so send a request and I'll get back to you with the soonest time I have.
How can I pay?
I accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
